A print of my original watercolour was inspired by the true life story of Harry, the leveret, who was rescued from a farming accident in Suffolk and then hand reared to health and a release back into the wild after gaining weight and growing into a beautiful young hare. Harry is painted with a handmade rustic set of drawers with seed packets peeking out of a drawer to represent Harry’s growth, from a tiny ball of a leveret into a fine young male. The snails add a fun focal point for little Harry.
This A4 print is part of my limited edition collection and has been beautifully reproduced as a Giclée Fine Art print on 310gsm Hahnemühle German Etching Archival Fine Art paper. A limited edition of 250, each print comes with a numbered and dated certificate.
